Traditional detailing clays are designed to remove heavy contamination. They work by sheering off dirt particles on the surface of your paint. The more aggressive the clay, the heavier the contamination load it can handle. The most aggressive grades of clay should only be used by a trained professional, as improper use will cause clear coat damage.

Sonus Glyde Clay Lubricant is formulated to provide superior surface lubrication for all detailing clays. When used as directed, Glyde provides the lubrication necessary to prevent sticking and surface marring that are possible without proper lubrication.
Sonus Glyde Makes claying easier and faster. Glyde works on all paint, glass and chrome surfaces without smearing or streaking. Glyde reduces the potential for light surface marring from dirty clay and prevents clay smudges.

Use Sonus SFX Ultra Fine Detailing Clay only after first washing your car to remove loose dirt and grime. Use with a fresh bucket of wash soap while your car is still wet to clay your whole car or use with Sonus Glyde clay lubricant in the garage after the car has been dried.
Flatten half a bar of detailing clay into a wafer. Lightly mist the detailing clay and a 2' by 2' area to be cleaned with Glyde. Gently rub the wafer of detailing clay on the surface until contamination is gone. Mold clay and re-flatten frequently to expose a fresh cleaning surface. Discard clay if dropped or when a clean surface can no longer be exposed. NOTE: This clay is soft and should not be used on hot surfaces or when the ambient temperature is above 84 degrees. In extreme summer weather, use during early morning hours. Hi humidity conditions may make the bar sticky.
