DELIVERY
We try to keep our delivery charges as low as possible but unfortunately we are subject to the idiosyncracies of the delivery companies and post office.

Standard Parcel Post takes 3-5 working days.

1st Class Recorded Delivery requires a signature and is variable, but should not take any longer than your normal 1st Class Post.

Business Post 48hrs and Business post Next Day require a signature. You must be there to sign for it as each failed delivery attempt incurs a £4 surcharge and most drivers won't bother getting neighbours to sign.

Next Day Special Delivery arrives next day before noon

Orders are normally despatched the day after receipt. If you are lucky they may be sent sooner. You can check for any delays on our answer phone 01379 640208

If you live abroad or in the Outer Hebrides or anywhere north of Edinburgh or south of Dorset it may cost more so ring first.

REFUNDS
If you are not happy with our products, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You should inform us immediately and return the products. A full refund will be made.
