DELIVERY
We try to keep our delivery charges as low as possible but unfortunately we are subject to the idiosyncrasies of the delivery companies and post office.

Standard 1st Class post takes 1-2 working days.

1st Class Recorded Delivery requires a signature and is variable, but should not take any longer than your normal 1st Class Post.

Business Post Homeserve and Business Post standard are normally next day and may require a signature, although homeserve will attempt to deliver to a neighbour or leave in a secure location. let us know if you are NOt going to be in. We are happy to deliver to an office address

Next Day Special Delivery arrives next day before noon

Orders are normally despatched the day after receipt. If you are lucky they may be sent sooner. You can check for any delays by e-mailing us

If you live abroad or in the Outer Hebrides or anywhere north of Aberdeen or south of Dorset it may cost more so ring first.

REFUNDS
If you are not happy with our products, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You should inform us immediately and return the products. A full refund will be made.
